The purpose of an external facilitator is to create commitment and change in the workplace. A successfully facilitated group session will move the group toward clarity on the new topic or content. Facilitating a group of people requires a special balance of skills to hold the group’s attention, energy and focus as they move toward a shared, aligned, agreed, creative and collaborative solution to the content or process being facilitated.
Our facilitators are highly experienced in transferring and embedding new learning and insights into action and adding value to the organisation through productive and active dialogue of voices and emotions of participants. Learning in a workshop format allows participants to, with the help of a facilitator, build trust, conduct real time evaluation of progress, collaborate and innovate and engage with each other effectively as a team.
