Can I be assured the content of my session will remain confidential?

Being a registered psychologist Rupert Bryce is bound by legislation, just as a doctor or solicitor, and is required by law to ensure the matters, situations and opinions discussed within a coaching session are kept strictly confidential.

How long is the average coaching engagement?

A coaching program could range from six to 12 months, depending on the type of coaching that is being undertaken, and what level the coaching is being conducted at i.e. organisational, team or individual.

How can I ensure I (or my organisation) am getting value for money and ROI?

Our coaches are equipped with years of practical experience, training and proven track records on successfully designing, developing, and implementing coaching programs and frameworks that enable organisations to increase the productivity of their employees. Will I be required to undergo any assessments?

Upon your initial consultation with one of our coaches, it will then be decided if you should undergo one of our comphrehensive assessments. Our coaches are accredited in deciphering and providing you with feedback from any of the assesments you may take.
